Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Cancel Your Order: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to process cancellations.
- Change Size or Style: If you need to change the size or style of your order, please email our support team within 12 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns and refunds
Can I return the product?
Thank you for shopping at Jasamy! We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow our return policy guidelines to ensure a smooth process.
Return Conditions
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for store credit.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- Please note that items purchased using the complimentary gift card or store credit are not eligible for refund or exchange.

What to do if you receive faulty or damaged goods?
If you believe your product is damaged or faulty, please email our support team at support@jasamy.com We will treat your issue with the highest priority and work with you to resolve the issue.
What is the refund method?
- Please note that refunds are not offered for customized, personalized, sale items or orders made using complimentary gift cards or store credit.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund. We will deduct the shipping fee for the use of our returns label. All refunds will be issued in-store credit, excluding the shipping fee. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable ItemsGift cards and customized, made-to-order items are exempt from being returned. Please note that all items sold are final, and we do not accept returns except in the case of a defect in the item purchased or if you have not received your items after 30 working days.

ShippingYou are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What if my order address is wrong?
Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we make an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no additional charge. However, we are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during checkout or if the delivery is unsuccessful due to the receiver being absent or the courier not being able to access the delivery location.
